CEISLAB participated in a workshop in Vietnam

Julio Conde, CEISLAB Energy Project Manager participated in a workshop held in Ho Chi Mihn City (Vietnam) in order to present the results of the project carried out in collaboration with CLASP.

The project has consisted in the carrying out of a Round Robin Test between air conditioning laboratories has been developed in two phases:

  • During the first phase, a Round Robin Test protocol was created and detailed between 3 accredited testing laboratories for the measurement of cooling capacity in air conditioning units in Vietnam. This was followed by a technical audit according to ISO 17025 for each of the laboratories and two complete tests were supervised on a sample in each of them.
  • In the second phase, a statistical analysis of the results obtained in each of the participating laboratories was carried out, collected in a final report that was presented in the workshop organized by CLASP on Tuesday 19 November, and in which were present representatives of the US State Department, the Vietnamese Minister of Industry and Technology and representatives of different organizations from different countries of Southeast Asia.
