Tests on Multilayer gas pipes

At CEISLAB, we test multilayer gas pipes for reception installations according to standards:

  • ISO 17484-1 (international standard)
  • UNE 53008-1 (Spanish standard)

The main tests required are the following:

  • Tensile strength of joints
  • Impact resistance test on joints
  • Crush test on joints
  • Repetitive bending test
  • Thermal cycling test on joints

CEISLAB is accredited by ENAC in conformity with standard UNE/EN/ISO 17025 to carry out tests on multilayer gas pipes (Technical Annex of Scope).
