Next October 25, FACEL will organize a meeting on “Basic Considerations to the application of the Construction Products Regulation (CPR) to electrical cables” within the International Trade Fair for the Electrical and Electronics Industry (MATELEC) 2016.

FACEL will explain to the attendees, the new EU legislation establishing basic requirements and harmonized essential characteristics that the energy and telecommunications cables must comply within the scope of the EU.

CEISLAB, as notified laboratory (OC-L/343) in this field, offers the sector the testing order to comply with the harmonized package of standards respective safety cables in their behaviour against the fire.
