CE Marking test on systems fired by solid fuel
The CE Marking means a product’s conformity with the essential health and safety requirements that are applicable to and imposed on the manufacturer, according to the principles of the European Parlament Decision 768/2008 CE.
The CE Marking is a formal declaration made by manufacturer that the product complies with all the European requirements and that the applicable conformity assessment process have been carried out on this product.
CEISLAB, independent laboratory, is accredited by ENAC as Control Body (OC-L-343), first Spanish laboratory that tests on solid fuel heaters. This accreditation allows being Notified Body designated by the Ministry of Industry for the performance of type tests aiming at obtain the CE Marking ( Regulation (UE) nº305/2011 on Construction Products)

CEISLAB has enlarged its capacities to test biomass boilers according to the EN 303-5 standard, performing tests on compliance with the safety and performance requirements including the measurement of NOx and hydrocarbon emissions.
Come on to the market, the emission requiremets (NOx, hydrocarbons and particles), will be mandatory for the compliance with the Ecodesign Directive. It will also be included in the new product standards to be published in 2016.
